Looks like I can activate my vehicle in Ford Pass. Still not getting excited until I see built or shipped in the tracker, which hasn’t changed from “in production”
Fair point. I suppose I have time to consider my options 😂 my dealer parts dept said they need a week tops for most tires and would match the lowest price I found within reason.
One thing I need to figure out is what to add to give the aux switches something to do. Eventually might wanna get...
- Changing back badge to black bronco (already have it waiting)
- powder coating wheels black
- slightly larger AT tires (265/70/18 or 276/70/18)
- tinting the front windows
might do more later, but TBD
I spoke to someone at Ford Marketing earlier (drink?). Not sure if anyone already posted (drink again?)…
Ford will apparently be reaching out to everyone with a chip hold in the next few weeks about taking delivery without the missing chips. They are supposed to know exactly which chips are...
Anyone know if the “sync 4 update check” is the most reliable way to tell if your Bronco is built? I keep switching between trackers, but my assumption is that as soon as Sync 4 is updated, the car is “online” and built fully.
NGL, with this delay and gas prices where they are the Wrangler 4XE is looking pretty nice. If only it wasn’t even more expensive… than the Bronco I have on order 😑
Is there anything the dealerships can actually do? (Complain, push for info, etc.)
Ford keeps saying “your dealership should be able to help” and my dealership seems to rely on me for information that I come across here.
