I think the purported "issues" with the 7MT are completely overblown. To my knowledge there has not been any evidence that the noise is related to any type of real mechanical issue that would affect performance. I'm at over 20,000 miles on my 2022 and I do have the noise in cold temperatures...

My bank (Chase) says 60 days to dispute a transaction, but FWIW I contacted customer service and they opened a dispute for my charge in November 2023, so it's worth contacting them in any case to see what they will do

Not a carbonized gray grille, but I ordered these letters as well as the "blank" plates for the first and last letter (black diamond grille) from someone on Etsy. I'm not sure how they would fit on the Everglades grille however
