If it's like the Mach-E order placement process, there's going to be a order conversion / submission page that you'll use to convert your reservation into an actual order. You'll be able to select any dealer you want on that page.

First deliveries of both Bronco Sport and Mach-E are expected to be in December sometime, the same month that Bronco ordering starts. So you may be able to see it at a dealer before ordering if Bronco ordering comes later in December.

Build & price isn't for placing an order (or to submit / convert your reservation into an order). It's just a preview tool to see all the configurations, options, pricing and get a preview of how it looks visually.

For the Mach-E reservation/ordering system, which Bronco seems to be tracking, when it comes time to convert your reservation to an order, you can choose any dealer you want to place an actual order through. So you can switch dealer at that point.
