The performance benefit to no shutters is slightly less heatsoak in certain conditions and weight loss.
All 3 will perform fairly similar though, personally, I love the idea of the Mishi if running a winch for all that extra clearance, the Whipple unit is excellent quality as well.
At this time there are at least 3 options for adding power, the Whipple Flash, the Ford Flash and the JB4 piggyback.
While I won't go too far into it, I will say I know both large and small tuners are trying to get into these things. From custom tuners to major companies, there is a little bit...
Yes, I don't see why not, but it will also be redundant. I'm not sure if the Ford flash would overwrite that or not, maybe a ForScan expert can chime in.
Higher octane will not only resist LSPI and knock, it will make more hp as the ecu adjusts for the higher octane.
In my opinion, almost every turbo motor nowadays should be sold as premium only or premium preferred.

From what I understand, his post is about a dual exit system that diverts one side through a straight pipe to the rear, where as the other side is muffled. Varex is essentially the same tech, the valve is just on the muffler instead of upstream. A cutout would be a dump upstream. Furthermore...

Correct, all you have to do it disconnect the motor from the shutter assembly and zip tie it wherever you want.
That being said, they will slightly improve the MPG and help the engine warm up faster like others have stated.
We should have some of these available through Lethal when the time comes. Not sure what wheels/tires we have planned for the Braptor, but these could be promising!
