It doesn't have a top. They had the glass removed and installed in the new top then started scrapping my old top before they found out it would not fit . Believe me , if it wasn't either 12 degrees or raining out I would just go get it.

I don't think an ambulance chasing firm will bother unless a failing top causes physical harm to someone. That person would probably just go after you or your insurance company for not fixing a bad part on your vehicle. If I can get a decent top that looks as good as the 1st one they replaced...

Wondering since the FOB is always left in that cutout, which is there to allow cranking of the vehicle if the FOB battery is dead, could have the computer thinking "Hey , that key has been there a long time , tell the driver to replace the damn battery !" LOL

I will say one good thing about Wal-Mart batteries. When one shorts out and explodes while taking out the fuse/relay box and covering everything under the hood with acid, they will replace the battery free of charge :)

They all look a little crooked to me. Add to that everyone puts them in a slightly different spot so you know they are not OEM. Just can't get over the curved/crooked look myself.

What are the effects of leaving this on in the hot summer sun or below freezing Winter periods ? Does either affect the adhesion properties or will the material likely start cracking from exposure ? How does it handle a long trip back home at interstate speeds during rain ?
