I have a feeling that's a weird oversight on the order guide. It's only specifically listed on the mid package on Outer Banks, whereas the Mid package is otherwise the same on Big Bend, Outer Banks, and Badlands (though Badlands does also show a heated steering wheel).
It's worth noting that...
Yeah, I wish their B&P folks were more on top of year-to-year model changes. But that's always been an issue on any model (and I'm sure it's the same with other manufacturers too, I just don't follow them as closely as Ford).
The wheels look good!
Ah, so the "new" zone lighting just uses...
What a cutie! Congratulations!
Bronco has never had turn signals in the mirrors. I thought they would at debut (which I think the side turn signals should be a required feature), but the clear spot in the mirror housing was always only for the zone lighting.
I looked in the order guide...
I do like the new wheel too. So you're saying that's the new standard/non-Sasquatch wheel/tire combo? It looks good!
Sadly, Ford has seemingly been dropping Homelink on new products (Mustang recently lost it, and Bronco Sport recently lost it too). I for the life of me can't understand...
I've always felt that the broad EV change over would be a gradual shift, and not something that happens overnight, despite what analysts predicted.
The realities of a lack of widespread public charging, many people living in apartment buildings where home chargers aren't an option, pricing...
This is one piece of a few things going on......the current rumors are as such:
Current Hermosillo production (C2 platform) is Bronco Sport and Maverick.
Louisville (also C2 platform) currently produces Escape and Corsair, but is being converted to CE1 (Ford's new compact electric platform)...
I agree - though the "real" funcions of the technic sets (such as working engine cylinders, etc) are cool, I prefer the more realistic look of the regular sets.
For example, before I got my Bronco, I was able to make this picture with my Mustang and the Mustang lego kit:
I'd do a new...
If you had read my post, that's exactly what I said.
Our US outgoing Edge was on the CD4 platform, which had nothing to do with C2.
The Chinese model Edge, which we don't get here, is on C2.
Bronco Sport's platform has nothing to do with the Edge. Bronco Sport is on Ford's C2 platform. Our Edge was on Ford's CD4 platform. Unless you're referring to the Chinese spec Edge, which is on C2, but we don't get here.
I didn't say the entire jump is due to Edge. I said some. Most customers don't care about the offroading stuff, and look at 2 row SUVs. Yes, Edge was a FWD based model, vs. Bronco. Not to mention Bronco is less car-like. BUT, an Outer Banks type model might appeal to some Edge buyers...
I too think it's a glitch with the site. I was looking at the Raptor foglights (for mod bumper) now available on the accessories site, and it said they didn't fit mine either, but I have the modular bumper, and it clearly says in the description "for modular bumpers years '21-'25"......I think...
It doesn't have rain sensing wipers. I've never had mine change speeds randomly.
I wish the metal rear bumper would've been a standalone option like the front modular one was. I'd have checked that box.
I agree that the interior lighting needs help. They did add some more lights on the...
Yeah, I just feel like the bumpers don't match anything and look unfinished/like they were sitting on the ground nearby and slapped on at the last minute, rather than looking integrated.
They're typically used more on high end convertibles (BMW, Mercedes, etc). That said, this is a one off...
