Apparently you don't know this, but there are other types of people out there outside of just you who have a little crazy in them unfortunately, mine is pretty small wishing a twisted ankle on someone for being a nuisance to another human being.
Honestly, screw the dealer, give them hell to get the order back, I hate all dealerships that utilized this technique to keep an order and then find someone to sell it to later just so they didnt have to cancel the order. Make them sell it to you or go to Ford to complain until you get it back...
Why are you self promoting? Do you have anything to offer us? Less than invoice or invoice pricing, 50% off dealer installed options, etc., if not, seems kinda weird to post this....like you can trust me because I said so....
So what you are saying is you are mentally weak! LOL JK
Most of us still waiting since original reservation date will not compromise on getting what we want, I refuse to be one of the fools on here to pay an additional $5k for something that cost barely $700 upfront
Will you be issuing a new promotional offer code for those who have two doors? I see this promotion closes at the end of April and I don't see a two door option on the site...
Did you ever get them in? If so, how was the quality? Did the 3M double sided tape come already attached to the emblem or was it separate and you had to apply?
So what your saying is reach out to Ford Motor Company, ask them about becoming the first "Service/Aftermarket Center" ONLY Ford Franchise and solely focus on delivering great customer experience through that, heck even add a super nice car wash that is discounted for Ford customers and non-Ford...
Your logic is flawed, when you have over a 1,000+ reservations and you (the OP) are one of the few who failed to follow instructions, then the onus is ultimately on you. If it were the other way around, there would be a large thread detailing how Granger screwed up thousands of reservations, not...
When you are dealing with thousands of reservations, back n' forth emails can get cumbersome - OP should have followed the non-open ended responses to alleviate any issues. *I do agree that the options for response could have been expanded in a couple spots as well.
Hope you guys keep this open through at least the MY23! I really like your initial deal, however, I didn't want to go that far, but I plan to take advantage of this when mine arrives if still available (hopefully late Summer/Fall this year)
TBH this is how screw ups happen, you were given options to respond (Yes or No), not open ended for each question - if you would have answered No on Question 2 then you would have been all good.
