Yeah that is not a thing in the north east, haha. I don't think they ever close around here.
Yep I had to hit up our local one as the birds played target practice with mine when it was only 5º

By chance do you have the low pressure fuel pump recall? Not sure if it applies to 2025s.
Well the light came back on yesterday. At the dealer today and the code is P008A, which is "Low fuel system pressure", so maybe you were right!

Not a very satisfying conclusion, unfortunately. My service advisor said they basically upgraded the software, and the light went away and didn't come back despite driving it 25 miles. The report says:
VERIFIED CUSTOMER CONCERN OF CEL. SCANNED FOR CODES VIA FDRS. FOUND CODE P008A (LOW PRESSURE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE TOO LOW). PERFORMED LOW PRESSURE FUEL TEST AND FOUND LOW FUEL PRESSURE RAIL PRESSURE UNDER SPEC. TESTED FUEL PRESSURE WITH MECHANICAL GAUGE AND VERIFIED SENSOR OPERATIONAL. PERFORMED PCM SELF TEST AND FOUND PCM PASSED SELF TEST. PERFORMED PCM UPDATE, ROAD TESTED 40 MILES AND VERIFIED SYSTEM NOW OPERATING AS INTENDED.
I have a feeling it will come back on and I'll be right back in.

I had a similar experience with my 2025 Badlands 7MT recently, P008A code, no symptoms or hesitation. I logged low side fuel pressure readings and desired values in FORScan and it didn't seem crazy off. Took it to the dealer, they did some diagnosis which included manual fuel measurements. Ultimately they decided to replace the Fuel Injector Pressure Sensor P2GZ-9F972-D, cleared the check engine light and sent me on my way.

Why would a sensor like this fail after <3000 miles? And as far as I could tell the sensor was reading just fine in FORScan, but maybe it was intermittent or just slightly off. The dealership didn't offer me much of an explanation other than the tech notes on the paper and I just wanted to get my car back.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any clear threshold that trips this code, so not sure reviewing data unless doing a long duration recording during driving and maybe seeing something super abnormal would catch what's actually causing this code.

I should probably go and look at the sensor values again after replacement and see if anything looks different.

Did OPs code ever come back?

Codes:

===OBD2_PCM DTC P008A-C===
Code: P008A - Low Pressure Fuel System Pressure - Too Low

Fuel Pressure Readings vs Desired while idling and revving the engine a couple times:

Sensors are often set up to see so many cycles per timeframe in a out of spec condition and then report, not just an analog on and off condition.
