Can you unlock all goat modes regardless of trim package? Like I'm Big Bend with SAS and 4A so I have no Baja. What if I added that?

I did something similar in mine. Beginning with the ignition on but engine not running, use the arrows on the steering wheel in this combination:
up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right
Following that, hit the brake and then the accelerator, and finally start the vehicle.
If you do it correctly, you start the drive with 30 tie rods, unlimited valves for the V6, a Ford Performance tune, and all the GOAT modes available. You have to do it each time you start the vehicle though.

I found up, down, left ,right , mine is miss A and B though? Start is definitely there also.

Hold OK on the steering wheel (don't let up)
Start the car
You can let off OK once it enters Engineering Test Mode (takes a few seconds after the car starts)

Among other cool things, I noticed it had a spot where it showed DTC codes? I didn't have any saved at the moment, but might be a cool thing to have handy if you don't have a scanner with you and the CEL pops on.

Engineering test mode is used to calibrate the MPG readings so they're accurate.
