Traditional flush mounts force the light to sit flat, which can result in wasted output, especially when mounted in roof racks, bumpers, or custom panels. Our new Angled Flush Mount Bezels solve that problem by integrating the angle directly into the bezel, allowing you to direct the beam without spacers, brackets, or fabrication.

I could see this being incredibly useful for boosting your reverse lighting with a wide-pattern light, without wasting most of it shining up.
What would really interest me is a "shaved" flushmount bezel that doesn't require exposed hardware.
