I purchased a 2025 bronco Heritage addition. The soft top option didn't come with it. In order to purchase a stock soft top, you must purchase all components separately. This would cost a small fortune. There is a factory part number for a soft top; however, this is a Best top brand soft top brand. I purchased a factory sift top through Facebook Market place. You will need to purchase factory parts in order to install the factory soft top.

For a 2025 Bronco Heritage, if the vehicle was originally ordered with the hard top only, Ford generally does not sell a complete OEM soft-top conversion kit as a single package. Instead, many of the required components must be purchased separately, which can become very expensive.
If you purchased a genuine factory soft top through Facebook Marketplace, you'll typically need to make sure you also have (or obtain) the supporting OEM hardware, which may include:
  • Soft-top frame assembly
  • Side and rear mounting brackets
  • Header/latch assembly
  • Belt rail components
  • Quarter-window mounting hardware
  • Fasteners and specialty brackets
The exact parts depend on whether the soft top you bought is complete or just the fabric and frame portions.
Also, you're correct that the Ford accessory soft top commonly referenced by a Ford part number is often manufactured by Bestop for Ford and is not identical to the OEM factory-installed soft top system.
If you can provide:
  • Your Bronco's body style (2-door or 4-door),
  • Whether you bought a complete factory soft-top assembly or only the fabric/top section,
  • And, if possible, photos of what you purchased,
I can help identify exactly which factory parts you're still missing.

For a 4-door 2021–2026 Ford Bronco, the Ford OEM Soft Top Assembly is commonly listed as:
However, there is an important distinction:
  • These part numbers typically refer to the Ford Accessories/Bestop-produced soft top assembly, not necessarily the exact factory-installed soft top that would have come on a Bronco ordered with a soft top from the factory. [ford.oempa...online.com], [fordoempar...direct.com]
  • If your goal is to install a factory OEM soft top that you purchased used, you'll often need the factory mounting hardware, brackets, belt rails, and related components in addition to the fabric and frame assembly.
If you have a 2025 Heritage 4-door, I can help identify the exact factory brackets and hardware you'll need. A photo of the soft top you bought or the seller's part number tag would help narrow it down.

Just a suggestion. Check the for sale forum on this site or Facebook marketplace. I sold my OEM soft top on this site and have seen them listed. If you are looking to go soft top permanently, look into the Etop.

x2.... There are generally new on the crate soft-tops, listed on marketplace here for far cheaper than going to the dealership $500-1100. Although these may be missing the 3 (?) components that are mentioned here option that included with the dual tops.

You can find tops for sale here on the forum, but I found found mine on facebook marketplace. There seem to be more available there, at least that was the case when I was looking.
I'd recommend getting one from a `23 or later as Ford slightly redesigned (improved) the soft-top.

Prices can range from a few hundred to over a grand, so look around. But more importantly, make sure to ask what mounting hardware comes with it. The additional parts are available, but can run you a few hundred dollars, so factor that in when shopping around.

Check out this post:

It has specific information for everything you need, including part numbers. I found it tremendously helpful.

I also found these youtube videos to be helpful:

You'll want a friend to help with the install, as the top is heavy/bulky enough that you can't do it by yourself. Give yourself a couple of hours for the swap.

Good luck. It's totally worth it.

We purchased or 26 Badlands SAS a few months ago with the hard top and had the dealer order the soft top. When it arrived it was in 2 boxes and come to find out, they ordered the Bestop Trektop. Not sure what they use for OEM but this is what they ordered for us and we had no input.
