I would not trust a parking brake alone (manual or electric) on a manual in neutral without being in the vehicle, shut off in gear and brake or auto in park and brake yes, but not parking brake alone
Agree- When I was on any boat ramp I always engaged the parking brake first, made sure it held and it was not the transmission pawl pin or manual transmission holding the vehicle , then put it in gear, first gear (or park if an automatic), then shut it off. I never once had a roll back situation. And oh boy I launched so many times I can't even count. (I was the original owner of a brand new 1980 Starcraft Holiday 160- bought it brand new at 16 years old and owned that boat for 40 years before I sold it- I love fishing- yes!).

My '22 has the fade on/fade off auto high beams. Great feature.
Do you happen to know if it was a late-22 build? It seems some 2022 don't have it. I don't know why I am so invested in figuring this out. Haha.

-Cloth seats, uuugh....I want them in my Bronco BAD. Could I get away with renting another Bronco and swapping my MGV seats for Thriftys cloth seats...would they notice???? Damn, they are so comfortable and they breathe. No back sweat even after 12 hours at a time in the seat. Even my partner who has a '22 Black Diamond was commenting on how bad she wanted cloth now. Bummer I couldn't get it in my Big Bend.
IMO, it's beyond dumb that cloth is base only. Should be available on any trim. Considering that it's 2-door or nothing for me and I'll have nothing to do with the MIC top, that means Badlands and the "choice" of MGV sweat or expensive pleather sweat. No sale. I had leather in Jeep #4, wasn't a fan, it'll be cloth for this type of vehicle.

Yeah, I’m with you. Every time I took the boat out alone I’d turn the ignition off. The one time I didn’t…
Been a long time since I used a boat ramp, but... if I am on a steep, wet, slippery bit of concrete, I think I'd drop it into Crawl.

Two new things I just noticed...

- AUX 1 is now Yellow & RED. Not just yellow as advertised in well documented charts. Mounting a pair of Squadron Pros in the dark and I didn't realize VERY similar Yellow & ORANGE wire for AUX 6 that I was looking for...not the end of the world...but...that RED could easily be BLUE or something more distinguishable from orange.

- One sweet add-on is the handy plastic covers on the delicate defrost contacts on the rear window. There were aftermarket solutions for this. It's nice that Ford realized how much they were spending on warranty repairs and added a few cents of plastic to alleviate that.

Ford Bronco Upgrade from Early-2021 to 2025 Bronco: First Impressions IMG_2971

Coming together nicely. It was tough picking out a powder coat color for the wheels. Pics don’t really show it off well.

You are correct. I realized after my post that this was an available option. I wasn't in the market then - so, it skipped my radar. I have been really appreciating the upgrades.

The 2025 sound system using A2B signal is the biggest improvement tech-wise.

Thanks. I’m happy with it. ProComp at about 2.25” or so (didn’t measure - just by eye). Toyo RT Pro 35x11.5. If I wasn’t adamant about keeping the steelies - I’d be able to avoid spacers. But, I have Bora 1.25”. Could get away with 0.75” - but, that would require new or cut lug studs.
