26 Raptor to get the rear vents to blow. Do I set it to floor or the dash vents ? Don’t seem to have flow ? Is this what some say that it may be missing the tubes from the center console to the rear occupant vents ? Hope not

My '24 has the same issue, I've tried multiple methods. I now just use the dash vents to blow to the rear.

The ‘24s didn’t have the rear passenger vents, just the under seat floor vents.

To the OP, I would take it the dealership and let them figure it out, mine work without issue.

I don’t remember for sure but I think I got mine to blow with the recirculate button on. I had ordered extensions some they extend further out from under the seat
