2025 Sasquatch mid package bought 7/19 then on 8/2 hill assist, precolllision, & antilock brakes lights all came up on dash not to mention the front windows kept going up and down a few inches. I parked and waited about 30 min and it continued after restarting so we headed to nearest ford dealer which was around 5 miles away only to find out they couldn’t check out till Monday. On way to dealership lights turned off. I scheduled appointment to have it checked out and after finally getting back a week later they tell me that all modules were up to date and they really can’t explain what happened or don’t know what to do and for me to continue driving and return if it happens again. They even told me it’s showing codes on their side that were thrown while driving to dealership but never appeared on screen or ford pass. Both my grandparents retired from GM so to say I’m not a ford guy is an understatement but this is what my wife wanted and to make it worse my son bought a 25 Big Bend a week after we did. This all happened with less than 500 miles and is not leaving a good impression of ford to me. I’m not going to pay the next few years on something that is constantly throwing codes and dealership doesn’t know how to fix and then cost me tons of money once warranty runs out. Should we try a different dealership or keep going back to same one or should I just go park it back at dealership like I want to do. I didn’t mention the dealership is also wanting to charge me $500 for rental bc they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. So far this has been the worse vehicle experience I’ve ever had and I have bought many vehicles in my 50 plus years

I'm having the same set of fault alerts. They are permanently on. Of course I'm a '21 owner so no warranty. No OBD faults detected. Two years ago I swapped out the rear bumper for a JCR aftermarket version. Everything has worked fine until just recently. I checked the connections as per this thread-

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/park-aid-sensor-fault-dealer-repair-report.108803/

I can't believe this is happening to so many owners and there doesn't seem to be any work around or admission coming from Ford.

I have mate who is a lawyer specializing in class action cases. Might be time to have him look at it.

Please lets keep this thread alive and get everybody who's having the same issue replying. The more we get involved the more somone will pay attention at Ford.

Man I was coming down Rocky Mount Loop yesterday (someone else's old video here of the exact stretch where it happened) when my driver rear slipped off of a larger rock in the trail (it was wet). There was a decent jolt, but nothing that was scary or anything. Just wasn't expecting it...then feels like every warning in my car went off. I lost all 4WD and could not shift to any other driver modes in the middle of this trail. I finally limped it out of there barely and got out to Moccasin Creek Rd and thought my day was done with an hour drive back to Charlotte staring me in the face. I got the Bronco up to 30MPH and suddenly everything went back to normal. No issues, all driving modes available...wild man. I was sweating bullets before that, but turned around and finished the day.

Still not sure what happened, but wanted to revisit this thread. I read it yesterday from the trailhead as I was trying to sort out how to proceed. Just mentioning I had this problem after a jolt due to a slip off of about a 20" rock, passenger rear. Reset after hitting 30MPH for about 20 seconds.

Mine was never resolved. I had it happen every time we would take the truck off road. Sometimes it would be hours into a ride and sometimes it would happen in the first 30 minutes. No loose wires not a wheel speed sensor nor any ABS connection. My truck went back to the dealership twice for them to try to resolve the problem. They could not find anything wrong. I bet I had to reset my computer while offroading at least 50 different times. I sold the truck two months ago, so hopefully whoever ends up with it does not intend on off Roading seriously.

I've had this series of issues happen several times - yesterday was while I was offroading and coming up to an obstacle that required 4wd.. I got all the tones and lights on the dash about Advancetrac, sensors, 4wd not available, etc.. I had been in 4wd for about an hour and a half on the trail by the time this happened. I turned it off, popped the hood, disconnected the battery, waited a minute, reconnected, started it back up - error codes were still all there. no 4wd. I waited a few minutes, and did the battery disconnect process again, and all the codes vanished. Fordpass shows an issue with the RR wheel speed sensor - which has happened several times over my 3 years of ownership. I tried finding video on youtube of how to troubleshoot the rear speed sensor on the Bronco with no luck.

I started a thread over on Bronco Nation about this early last year. In my case, these errors always seem to happen when driving in slush/wet snow/OR if I really spend a lot of time while at the self wash spraying the front wheel wells/front of the Bronco. Once the truck fully dries out the errors disappear. Never had this happen during normal, dry driving (or even DRY/fluffy snow driving).

Has anyone ever found this issue was anything BUT the wheel speed sensors? I was doing nothing but boring driving around town (~29k miles) until one morning when the wife was going to drive it to work and the errors flooded in.

I've inspected all four wheel speed sensors and removed the right rear, but saw no debris- error codes are continuing. Planning to continue to remove and inspect the remaining 3, but wondering when I throw in the towel and take it in...

Resharing the related thread here, for everyone's reference: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...eed-sensor-any-cause-for-concern.71158/page-2

Mine was not a wheel speed sensor. Ford couldn’t figure it out after a few trips to the dealership. I finally just gave up and got quick at resetting the computer. I’m still determined, years later, that it’s a glitch in the computer. When a wheel spins the computer can’t figure out what’s happening and it automatically goes into a fault mode.

Thanks- How are you resetting the computer? I tried a simple OBD scanner but it didn’t work. Are you using forscan or something simpler?

Easiest way is to lift the negative lead off the battery for a minute or two.

disconnect the battery and discharge the system, reconnect and everything will be reset. It’s frustrating as hell but it works. Interesting is that my Bronco Raptor doesn’t have this same issue. I have wheeled both pretty hard in the rocks, my Wildtrak constantly had this issue while my Raptor doesn’t.

Guys, have you all gone and done the ABS module update? I had this issue, got the update and it hasn't happened since. I don't even think about it any more...go do it!
