Upgrades on a 2-door big bend (non SAS)

Hello, i just acquired this bronco from my wife and would like to make this bronco badass.

Ultimately, I would like a
2 inch lift (spacers or leveling kit)
running boards
exhaust (borla ford performance or magnaflow axle back exhaust)
front bumper with an additional aux to hook up a winch or lightbar (wildtrack bumpers)
led tail lights and the signature series headlights
(5) 285/75r17 on my stock wheels.

What I am going to get installed first
running board
exhaust
led tail lights

I was quoted around $10k for all of these (This quote is also for (5) Falken 35 inch wildpeak AY4W tires & a pair of 1inch spacers.) Which, i decided for the 285's instead of the 315's the quote might be about $500 cheaper.

Does this sound right and should I go through with it or should I look for other options such as amazon?

That sounds like what a dealership would put on an ADM next to the window sticker.

If you can open a jar of pickles, you ought to be able to do all of this yourself with simple tools aside from mounting the tires.

The headlights and taillights are probably your biggest wastes of money... I mean least bang for your buck.

I have a 2021 BB 2-Dr with the V6. My chief complaint remains how much the nose dives when hitting the brakes. Otherwise, these are great vehicles! I wonder if I could get the nose dives reduced a bit with different shocks yet preserve on-road manners?
