What you get: A Harbor Freight 2000 lb transmission jack in excellent shape, complete with cobwebs and dust.
What I get: More space in my garage.

It's complete with all the pieces, works 100%, and the hydraulics are leak-free (imagine that from HF!).

That looks like it is used for removing the transmission with the vehicle on or near the ground. I may be interested in it but I would need to see it in person.

How much lift does it have from fully down to full up?

Correct. I bought it and used it once, for changing the clutch in my (now gone) Mazda RX8 in my driveway.
It's 6.5" lowered, and surprisingly goes up to 32".

As an aside, it could also be used to lift the spare tire for those that aren't strong enough. 32" lift gets the spare hub just about in line with the carrier.
