3D Scans of 2025 4 Door BB

I have a few scans of my 2025 4 door that I will post here. More to come.

I teach manufacturing and product development at the high school level and I am making some demos for my students.

I figured some of you might like to see the scans or use them. It’s fairly a niche set of data. I have not made much of our scans open for public download. This is not something you can 3D print.

If you do use the scans to make cool stuff. Post it here so I can show the kids what product development looks like.

If you need something scanned I will try our best to scan and post it here. This is my first time making data like this public, Give me some feedback back on the data.

This is great. I think thorough scans of all wheel wells and the undercarriage /frame would be extremely useful to have.

This is cool you seem like a cool teacher. Does the 2025 have the front top grab hands or is that 2026? If you do this would be a cool scan to see if we can find a way to make them backward compatible.

Hey scrutineer do you still have the rear interior scan available? This would really help me planning out a sleeping setup!

Wow! I have a Prusa CoreOne+ and I'm looking to design/print a door mounted cupholder for the rear passenger and driver side. Similar to the Mabett idea of 3m taping to the door. They haven't come out with a design. I find the floor mounted version not be used by my adult grandsons and when there is a fifth person, it is moved out of the way. Your interior example was disabled when I looked a few minutes a go. I googled the AI and it suggested that I could use my Pixel 10 Pro Xl to photo capture a 3d model of the door contours.

looking to make some new headlights, some scans of the actual oem headlight and mounting point would be amazing
