Mishimoto charge pipes and S&B intake

I have a 2.7 with Mishimoto intercooler and charge pipes and attempted to install a S&B intake. The SB intake is not compatible. The cool pipe from the intercooler is too big for the S&B intake pipe to mount to. At first I thought it was just the hoses need to flex for it to line up, but when I took it off I noticed it was scratched.

I did not consider grinding the S&B intake for clearance of just leaving that bolt out. Due to limited time I just put the OEM intake back in.

Is that S&B bracket welded on or bolted to the intake pipe? It almost looks like that mounting tab is bent. It looks like it would need to be ground down to slide over since it's already hitting the Mishi pipe. I have the CVF intake with the Mishi charge pipes and intercooler and everything fit.
