Rear gate intelligent access and lock not working

Had PPF installed and now the rear gate won’t lock when pressing lock button on handle. It also won’t Auto Unlock with key in pocket. Anyone else encountered this issue? I only had the car for a few hours before giving it over to PPF so I’m not even sure it has that functionality.

This was resolved. It started working when I got it home

Hej want to re-open that thread:

Since the installation of the towbar at my Ford dealer, my inner rear light in the trunk is not working and the touch lock from the rear gate is not working, neither opens or closes.
Anyone some ideas?

My Bronco is a 2022 and only had 14K miles of use. My rear swing door stopped reacting to the fob a while ago and I associated it with battery life. Since it doesn’t get driven a lot I have seen screen notices that state certain features turned off to conserve battery . The other two doors both respond to the fob as I touch the handles.

In my case only the FOB in the trunk is not working, the other doors working perfectly.
I'm driving the car regularly (35000km usage)
And by the way - the 12V socket next to the light in the trunk is working properly.
