I would to install 35’s on my factory 2025 Big Bend oem rims but I’m finding conflicting info. Can someone who has done this confirm if all I need to do is remove the crash bars to avoid rubbing or if also need to get wheel spacers. I am not looking to raise the truck. Thank you in advance.

If you go with a 35 x 10.50 you'll be fine w/o a spacer and save some weight. I ran the Kenda Klevar 35 x 10.50s on my no squatch BL w/o issue before jumping to 37s. Non squacth wheels are the same +55 offset as your BB wheels.

If you go 35 x 12.50 you'll be very close to rubbing the UCA...minimum 1" spacer needed IMO.

Thank you. I’m really set on the 12.50 so I guess I have to get a spacer. Thanks again.

I'm pretty sure there were people on this forum that ran 315's on the stock wheels without spacers, just remove crash bars. If I remember correctly some didn't even have a lift, but that's just asking for trouble.

I don't believe you need the spacers, and personally, I'm not a fan of spacers either. My 4x4 shop has vastly different opinions on them, depends on who you ask, so I just avoid.

But someone else might stroll along and say they did it and was just fine.

Finally got the 315’s installed on the oem Big Bend rims. Went with the Evil Energy 1” spacer from Amazon to avoid rubbing on the UCA’s. I used these same spacers in my F150 with great success, so I decided to use them for the Bronco. These spacers are hubcebtric and extremely well made in my opinion. They go on really tight and do not cause any shaking ir warbling. I highly recommend them.
