I just looked online for the best deals in my area after I worked out a deal on the X-plan. I ended up getting a better deal without the X-plan, The dealer was offering $3,000 off MSRP and there was a $2,000 Ford rebate. While doing the paperwork, a call came in to give me another $1,000 off. That gave me a total of $6,000 off on my Badlands that had very few options. The first $3,000 discount was also not taxable. I heard of people that got better deals but I was happy with mine and it was within 40 miles of my home.

Interesting Granger IA is a Dealer of choice. I live less than 20min from the Granger Dealerships: Ford, Jeep, Ram, Dodge.

I bought my last Jeep there and wasn’t overly impressive.

I went south 35 minutes of Des Moines to Indianola, IA to DeYarmam Ford. They were more friendly, open on costs and found a way to my a deal with the price I wanted to stay around.

I assume this is fake employee pricing like last time that does not protect you from outrageous DOC fees unlike actual A-plan, X-plan etc.

So... last time they did this it was weak sauce not as good as X-plan.

Basically X-plan but without the fee protections on BS Doc fees etc.

But it did drive sales.
I am hoping to get employee pricing along with the X plan and my veterans discount. every bit helps and means I get to spend more on upgrades.

Ford's 2025 annual income was $187.3 billion with a B. However, there was an 11 billion loss on the books. Regardless, the pay of top officers is minuscule (the CEO's is 0.014% of Ford's income) compared to revenue. So decreasing the CEO's pay isn't going to make a dent in the average worker's pay. Why do people bitch about Ford's pricing strategy and workers' pay on this forum anyway? What you should be bitching about is shady dealers ripping off unsuspecting customers.
