Suspension squeaking 2025 badlands sasquatch

As post states I’m getting a lot of high pitched squeaking on what I think is shocks. I can’t pinpoint the noise but it only happens over little bumps.

If you’ve lifted / changed / upgraded your coilovers and have an electronic disconnecting sway bar, check to make certain that the nuts holding the link between the sway bar and lower control arm on driver‘s side is tight at both ends, especially the bottom. If the answer is no to the coilover part, disregard.

What skid plates are on it. Are the bolts tight. On mine the muffler has hanging wires at it was squeaking.

I’d rather avoid paying 150 dollar diag fee for a squeak.

I just PB blasted silicone spray on anything that moved and I don’t hear it now. Will have to wait for a longer drive to really tell.

its warranty just be sure in the WO signature line to write warranty only and sign / initial. I had the dealer chasing so many squeaks and rattles just from trim etc.

Besides, its obviously some safety and funcrioanl relate wink wink.

Sorry it’s Sunday…
It’s the extra weight it carries with the 16” extension. Try removing two of the doors , and report back. lol

Okay I was doing touch up painting my bumper and heard the squeak and it ended up being the body mount grommet that was connected to my Stinky fab works body mount delete kit. A little silicone and it’s quite as can be. Sanity restored
