Can’t close Sunrider after install

Installed my Sunrider today (had one on my Gladiator and loved it). Think I did everything right but it wouldn’t close after I was done. Probably about 2 inches short of being able to secure the latches.

Wondering if I put it in the wrong holes during the ‘attach halo to pivot arm’ step? Can someone tell by looking down at their door rails if it matches up with mine?

I had that problem too during install and yes, I used the wrong holes.

I took a photo to line up with yours (this is the correct position) but it looks the same to me.

Just a question - do you have the 2-door vs the 4-door version?

when i put mine together a couple of years ago, had the same problem. definitely an assembly issue of getting the bow attached to the right holes in the side pieces.

4 door, and I triple checked the part number to ensure I got the right version.

I know the install instructions say to let the sun warm up the fabric to let it stretch some (I installed in my garage and it was a little chilly yesterday), but the fabric was pulled tight when I tried to close it. I’ll set it on the driveway for a few hours when it warms up later this week, but I still feel like something is wrong. And it looks like I’m in the right holes when compared to RedRider’s.
