Finished it! Just need to get an alignment this coming Friday & replace a rear sway bar link, but everything is back together & running 
Yesterday, we popped the front panels off and drove Skyline Drive (in Sport mode of course) on the way to Luray, where we ate at Cooter’s Place (Dukes of Hazzard themed roadhouse) and toured Luray Caverns. Cooter’s frequently hosts Tom Wopat (Luke Duke) as a country music act and it always brings a crowd. They have a General Lee replica out front along with a Hazzard County Sheriff’s car. Good ‘ol boys love the place.
Today I’m in Richmond killing time at a brewery while my wife attends a bridal shower, and pondering my next Bronco adventure.

35 bucks for a foam cannon at Harbor Freight and a jug of Chemical Guys Honeydew foam cannon soap. I was surprised with the results. TBH I wasn’t expecting much. Sure beats hand scrubbing it.
Got my light bar pretty much done, now to weld up the roof rack mounts.
Oh, and again, not a great welder, but it will hold...

Somedoby decided to kiss my Bronco's ass while I was waiting on the red light. Said his dog distracted him... Luckly, it was a low speed hit maybe 0-5 miles per hr plus I was in nutral so when my spare tire took the impact I release the break that push my bronco moved little bit. I did remove the spare tire to see if there is any sign of bent on the paint and screw, also double checked the hinge, since everything looks fine I end up letting that guy go, not sure if I should have call the police, but dang right our Broncos are bulit to be tough.

Yes, that's the first thing I did. After I got back to my place, I removed the spare, checked the alignment, and checked all the screws and rivets to see if there were any signs of wear. Then I put the spare tire back on and took it for a 5-mile test drive to listen for any "new" rattling. Thankfully, my Bronco checked all the boxes to be considered a tough build. I hope no one has to experience this hassle, but I appreciate your callout.
The mud flaps were a great buy with zero regrets. They've been on my Bronco for almost a year, and they are still holding up well.

Checked my fuel economy since I installed the new tires on 4-3.
Adding 20 lbs per tire didn't hurt it as bad as I thought it would.
