Finally got the tire and wheel upgrade done.

Stroppe edition wheels, in white instead of black and a set of Arroyo Tamarock RTs in 35x12.50/R17.

The tires seem well regarded in the Toyota circles, and I have seen how those guys like to spend money. 😁

They balanced easy, no shake or vibration at 80, and while you DO hear them going down the road it isn't obnoxious... The tread IS fairly chunky.

And I think they look pretty good.

Oh, this combo adds 20 lbs per corner.

Can't wait to see how they perform.

And added some tint.

i'd like to hear the tire feedback when available.

You certainly got a color scheme going there! They fit perfectly

That looks good. Never heard of that tire brand. The black bead lock ring against the white wheel is throwing me off though. Makes the wheels look small.

Best looking Stroppe on the plant, the wheel and tire up grade really tie the styling all together way to go. Aren't our Broncos fun.

I appreciate that.
Slowly trying to make it a decent all arounder.
It's not going to be the best at anything, but I want to be acceptable at whatever we try with it.
Slight lift, decent suspension, good all around tread with tough construction.
It is a commuter and weekend getaway vehicle primarily, so we don't want to really compromise that... But still be able to hit reasonable trails wherever we end up.
It won't do the extreme things that the better builds do, and I LOVE seeing those rigs, but just be more of a Swiss army knife kind of thing. 😁

One thing about the my Bronco is that even with some modification to fit 37's it driver excellent on the freeway just like when new. Drove 1,700 mile round trip last week to Moab. I  do take a hit mpg 12.9, but the smiles per mile are worth it.

Are those legit beadlocks or do the s Stroppe wheel trim rings use all the fastener holes?

All the fastener holes... 24 per wheel... 120 total for the set... ALL with loctite...

But I only had to use a tap and die on 1 bolt and 1 hole putting them back together. 🤣

Not bad, 99.18% success rate. 120 fasteners is a whole lotta screwing. At least you don't have to re-torque them multiple times like bead locks.
