Curious, anyone that has used the tuner to calibrate to 37" tires, what did it set the circumference to? I manually changed via Forscan to 2775 and it has been pretty spot on up to 80-90 mph.

I just had the Ford Performance tune installed and they forgot to adjust the tire size. I did it myself. If anyone needs to know, if you're running BF Goodrich KO2 37X12.50R17LT, the revs/mile should be set to 569. If you just plug the tire size into the calculator without specifying the exact tire, it will give you 545 revs/mile.

An update on this. Even though 569 come straight from BF Goodrich, it is not accurate. After some GPS testing, the revs/mile should be around 585. I GPS tested a long stretch of road and set the cruise to 50 mph. It was spot on 95% of the time, and indicated 49 mph about 5% of the time. The true revs should probably be somewhere between 585 and 590, but I'm close enough. These are new tires. I'm guessing after 50k miles it could change.

Ok, color me dumb. I drive a Badlands Sasquatch 2.7L with upgraded to BFG 37x12.5R17 KO2 tires. I have never done anything like this but need to recalibrate tires. Is the software already loaded on the Procal 4 and all I have to do is plug in and change settings? Software upload is automatic?

Refer to post#9 on this thread. Enter any value between 569 to 585 rev/mile depending on wear on your tire and pressure you are running.

More dumb questions:
1. Dealership did original install and they used their computer. How do I check for updates for my Procal 4? Do I need to take it back to them or can I just plug into my computer?
2. With a windows computer do I need to download something to check for and install update to it if I am allowed to do it based on the answer to questijn#1?

You would need to download the software to your PC. You need to create an account at performanceparts.ford.com but if your dealer did the install they used whatever account they created for your install and it will have your stock tune attached to it probably. Here are the instructions if you do it yourself, you want to check with your dealer to see if they created a unique account for you and what the id and password is so you can try to download it to your computer. Otherwise, you would need to go back to the dealer and have them update your Procal. The voucher was in the box and the dealer used it to download the tune so I'm not sure if you can get that moved to your pc now or not. You may want to call performanceparts.ford.com and see what they suggest.

You don't need to...there have been no meaningful updates to the procal (iirc) and you can adjust tire size without updating anything...just plug into the obdii port.

Is this enough to use for the Procal 4: Gateway 14.1" Ultra Slim Notebook, FHD, AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics, 256GB SSD, 8GB Memory, Tuned by THX Audio, Fingerprint Scanner, 1MP Camera, HDMI, Windows 11 Home. Found it on sale, new, for $175.00?

That should work, it says Windows 7 or newer but I also thought it said Windows 10S doesn't work somewhere. I've never tried it with Windows 11 yet so I can't confirm that. Did you ever find out from your dealer if they created a unique account for you and have your stock tune loaded under it?
