I'm thinking the front seats usually get the most wear and tear. How about options to just buy seat covers for the front seats of the Broncos. I don't want or need a full set.

Title request to tell you what to improve so here goes.

I asked about getting custom color stiching sent pictures of the color I wanted to match and examples its the medium sandstone that is in the Big bend color. Was told no problem, and placed order.

Waited until it showed up and was super excited to open the box, untill I saw it came with Orange stitching

So i reached out, and no response so reached out again, after 4 days finally got a response that said I could keep it and get a discount or return it, but have to pay 15% restocking fee.

I complained about a restocking fee since its an order that you messed up, If I got the product I ordered and wanted to return it sure thing , thats on me and thats actually nice of you since it was custom ordered, but I did not get what I ordered. I got a completely different color.

There was not an option to exchange it for the correct item I actually ordered, and your site suggests to return the item and the re-purchase the correct thing.


I returned it ( at my own expense) and did get a refund, minus the 15% restocking fee. So I paid for shipping twice total of 94.99 plus a restocking fee $135.49 so a total of $230.48 for absolutely nothing except for the opportunity to try again and hope you don't screw it up again and cost me even more.

Needless to say I will not be re-ordering in hopes you get it right this time. Nor would I recommend anyone order anything "Kustom" from you.
