I’ve been going down a rabbit hole on this one for a while now… I’m a little obsessed with the look of these narrow fender flares for the heritage/everglades style fenders. As far as i can tell there’s only one manufacturer making these in China going by the brand name “Okely”. They sell through a Chinese website called Taobao, but ordering is complicated/can require help from a professional. Stateside, Yotto Overland sells them for $1400 as a custom painted part. Fair price for custom paint job but i’m after the raw parts.

I’m considering modeling/3d printing my own molds. Curious if anyone here has bought these from Yotto or found them elsewhere!

As much as the Everglades/heritage fender flares are “the best” (for stock yes) I would like some options like tubular ones from DV8 or the tapered ones from turnoffroad. I feel like flares that are a bit thicker and narrower would look good, or like if its more wide body like the FJ cruiser and Pajero Evo would be cool as well

First attempt to dropship from China: $450 + $800 shipping, lol

The search continues ✊

Interesting though, it appears these are an official Ford part in the Chinese market. The square fenders are stock on the base models over there so this must be to compensate the narrower tire options. Either that or some clever labeling from the factory.

These pics are from one of the listings:

Please keep us posted on your search. I would love to have narrow flares for my 11.5 width tires but I am not paying near $1000 or more.

These are for the Heritage, Everglades, Stroppe squared off fenders. They won't work with the standard bronco rounded fenders.

Sent an inquiry to Yotto and they responded that it will fit all Bronco trims (less Raptor).

Given the lack of traction on here with them I’m hesitant to pull trigger. The painted ones are not cheap.

Curious how that works considering they have completely different fenders 🤔

Suspect the Chinese made Broncos have the square flares vs rounded. Possible hat Yotto is buying them overseas from Ford.

That’s a small red flag in that response. That doesn’t seem possible. I would expect an answer like:

“these squared flares will fit Broncos with rounded fender arches (FirstEdition, Base, BigBend, OuterBanks, BlackDiamond, Badlands, Wildtrak)”

or

”these squared flares will fit Broncos with squared fender arches (Everglades, Heritage, Stroppe)”

Every picture they show on their website has the heritage style fenders though so that their flares will work, not the round fenders a base has here. Therefore, I think they’re incorrect.

There’s a clear difference:

I sent a follow-up email. I’ll share.

Take a look at this photo. Notice the top of the flare, does that appear to be a rounded “gap”?

yeah, looks like all Broncos in China have squared fender arches. I guess that little red flag is the flag of China:

Yes that fit isn’t great, but the more important thing in that picture is that it’s clearly a heritage style square fender. That’s not a rounded fender like a base bronco here.

When they say it fits all models, they likely mean all Chinese models, not American.

I could be wrong, and maybe they do fit both somehow, but not a single picture they have shows rounded fenders.
