Here is their pic from the website. It seems to fit much better than yours. May be an installation issue.

It just looks like the gaps and wrinkles are in different places. Personally, I just can't get past the whole covered wagon look of any soft top.

It can't be perfect, because it's a malleable fabric that's always moving, expanding, shrinking, etc. Small trade off for the most open air freedom you can get at the push of a button.
Yes perfection in terms fitment will be difficult with a cloth top. Don't think I've had that with any of my various tops over the years.

OP are the gaps just visual, or actual air gaps? I'd be more concerned if the latter.

I have had my Bestop eTop for about a month now and thought I would post a review. Backstory is that I sold my hardtop, moved to an OEM softop and then to eTop so I have experience with each.

In all I really like the top. It is very easy to open and close at any time so I’m convertible a lot more. It seems well engineered and the frame seems solid and motors smooth.

As for noise, I would place it between the hardtop and softop. It is louder than my hardtop but not as loud as the OEM softop.

What I don’t like is some of the fitment around the windows. Simply put there are gaps where the top doesn’t line up and it bothers my OCD. I have spoken with Bestop several times and they say it’s normal. I’m putting it out there so others know what to expect. I am also including some pictures of the top and some of the gaps for reference.

If anyone has any questions let me know and I’m happy answer or provide some additional pictures or input.

Nope, that doesn't work for me. I'd TELL THEM here's the deal, you have 3 choices.
1. Fix it like advertised.
2. Put my old top back on and refund my total amount and part ways.
3. Arrange a fair credit amount back that will help with your OCD if it doesn't leak.

My factory soft top has an e even, consistent line where it meets the body of the truck, nothing like this. Now if I could just get those saggy windows fixed...

curious on the rear hatch though, how does it open, does it use Velcro or zippers? It looks like it opens like a Jeep hatch which is light years better than the nonsense Ford came up with for the OEM top.
This. The flip-up abomination is intern level silliness.

not the right answer about the "gaps" from bestTop. "That's Normal" - is complete B.S.

Sucks that it took OP posting here for Bestop to address the issue. I was looking at getting the eTop for my Raptor, but I am questioning that decision and will wait to see how Bestop responds before I make a decision.
My OCD would not be able to handle the gaps and wrinkles.

We have had our Etop for a couple of months now. We don't have the alignment issues. Our fit is as good or better than the factory soft top. After the first couple of weeks we had a slight alignment issue with the pin on the passenger side latch, took it back to the installed, Rowel's in Indian Trail NC, and they made an adjustment and eliminated the problem. It is much quieter than the factory soft top. Enough of a difference that our 8 and 10 year old granddaughters noticed it individually after the first few minutes of a ride. Access into the back is much better than factory with the side zippers on the rear window.
