Was thinking of mounting on the dash to take advantage of the front and rear bumper cameras, instead of wholly replacing the regular rearview. Might even be an interesting viewpoint for the main front cam there...

Anyone tried Wolfbox cam mounted on dash, while keeping the OEM mirror in place?
It's a good idea. I haven't seen anyone mount it in that way in Bornco. But some Wrangler drivers did that. We have the center cosole base bracket here if you need.

How about you guys focus on giving us voice control for the bumper cam, how is it possible you release a three camera model but only have voice control for the front and rear camera? What is the point? Was this something you guys forgot? Please get the voice control added asap
Roger that, sir! The message has been passed to our engineers. I expect that command will be added in next firmware update.
I have mine mounted just below the oem mirror. I found a ram mount setup that makes it easy. Will post pics up sometime this week.

Having the digital rear view mirror is much better than the original mirror, because the tire and folded back soft top- if you have one., essentially makes the mirror useless. I have the Brandmotion one, and my friends have the Wolfbox in theirs, and we all like them much better than the rear view mirrors. The only drawback is light glare when night driving.
