I know the stock relocation kit is pretty short. What did you end up using?

I used the items below as well as some industrial velcro for the attachment to the fuse box. It was just enough wire to work in 3 equal lengths.

I did some JuNkWorKs fabrication of a controller enclosure so winch mounted controller wouldn't block the front camera.

It turned out pretty well I think.

Looks correct to me!!! Nice electrical wiring diagram 👍
I got everything in and when I press the In button (wired or wirelessly) it goes out. When I press the Out button it goes out.

I’m stumped. I tried swapping the two outside wires on the solenoid and no change.

I rechecked all by wiring over and over.

Can you post pictures of your control box and your winch wiring?

I’ll post the revised wiring diagram in a bit. But it essentially follows the previous one.

I wish there was an official wiring diagram. But I assume the white wire is either the in or out trigger wire and the blue/yellow wire is the other trigger wire.

I also don’t know what the small black wire from the back of the winch is for. I assume it's a ground , but why does the motor need another ground. Just curious about that one.

In testing I know that from the controller that white is in and the blue/yellow is out. I don't know which of the high power lines is in or out yet.

I opened up the solenoid but nothing looks amiss. Just looking at it I can't tell how it works. It looks like when a coil is energized that it disconnects that side? Weird.

Nice work, do you have a picture of the front camera view?
