Rear seats removal from 2-door Bronco?

Trying to remove rear seats on a 2022 2 door wildtrak. need some kind of module to plug into seat sensors. Any one having this issue and any ideas on how to fix

Take apart the male clasp and use that…..works a treat.

Why not just remove latch and bury under the foam insulation?

As mentioned in the other seat removal threads, we just took the end off the seat and plugged it back in and hid it under the floor mat as there is plenty of room to do so.

I unmounted my seat belts clip recievers from the seat, and hid them under my Goose Gear leaving them plugged into the vehicle. I also bought some seat belt clips to plug in to the receivers:

I unbolted the seat belt harness and wrapped the seat belt/bolt into the sides by removing the small trim piece behind the roll bars.

No seatbelt warning and no seatbelts in the way. I don't plan on adding the seats back so I would rather have a clean look like the seats never existed.

I just removed my back seats this weekend, still need to unbolt the seat belt latch from the seats and plug them back in so the airbag warning goes away.

Just curious, why did you buy the clips to plug into the latch? Is there another warning that stays on after plugging the latch back in and hiding it under the floor? I think I'm going to leave the belts in place, but haven't decided for sure yet.

It was a hedge bet for $6. I was unsure if it would cause issues without it latched. You know some cars have sensors in the seat to see if it has weight. I bought the clips before the seats arrived. Just covering my bases.

Totally makes sense, I almost bought them a while back thinking the same thing, but decided to just wait until I pull the seats out to see if I need them. Since there were no other wires when I took the seats out, I'm assuming the seats themselves don't have sensors so there shouldn't be any other warnings if not latched. I wish there was a Forscan fix for the airbag warning so they could just stay attached to the seats instead of having to take those apart too.

One of these days I’m going to go exploring with a multimeter and see if a simple grounding of one of the wires does the trick - should not be rocket surgery.

So: when you unbolted the seat belt harness, is this the bolt?

And: can you grab a pic of the trim you removed to stash the seat belt harness?

yes that is the bolt. I then retracted the seat belt and rolled the bolt up and placed it in the roll bar. The trim is the small piece behind the roll bar close to the hard top or soft top.
