  1. Thought I punctured my gas tank, but seems to have been a faulty sensor or software hitch?

Sorry for the long post, tldr at bottom, was curious if anyone experienced the same or might know what hapoened. So was driving down a steep narrow trail in 4 low, pretty rough and rocky but nothing crazy. Had about half a tank and 70 mi remaining, and the trail down was 11 miles all downhill...
  2. How bad is some dust in gas can nozzle?

And once they do then we never have to worry again about it right, because that’s how these things usually go. Just like the 10k oil changes and sealed transmissions. I hate these forums sometimes.
  3. How bad is some dust in gas can nozzle?

You should get with the people who need the optics to clean their nozzles, you’d make great partners. And sounds like you may share some small things in common.
  4. How bad is some dust in gas can nozzle?

Oh interesting, I heard some Bronco owners kept a magnifying glass and pair of tweezers as a part of their kit and didn’t know why till now. The more you know.
  5. How bad is some dust in gas can nozzle?

I guess you’re right, I really don’t think about them, at all.
  6. How bad is some dust in gas can nozzle?

Probably a dumb question, how sensitive are components to dust that might come in from a Jerry can fuel nozzle? I have a 5 gallon Jerry can, and while I try to keep the nozzle as clean as possible - store it in a ziplock, etc - inevitably it gets a little dusty and I’d try to blow some of it off...

  8. $5 Seat adjustment lever extender

I have a two door so the seat gets moved often. I love it and wouldn’t trade it, the seat mod just makes it a little more comfortable.
  9. $5 Seat adjustment lever extender

That’s a great suggestion, I’ll try it, I’ll need some rubber or something to keep the clamp from marring the handle
  10. $5 Seat adjustment lever extender

Something that’s been mildly annoying is how far my old self needs to reach the lever to move the seat back and forward, so I added a simple mod to make it easier. First picked up a small bungee cord and garage hook from the hardware store: Then chopped off the screw part of the hook...
  11. Where to connect DC Alternator ACC cable?

I am ashamed to say, I did for a split second think of moving the air compressor acc to an upfitter to have another switch to flip, but realized how useless it would be.
  12. Where to connect DC Alternator ACC cable?

Yeah makes sense, I have my underhood air compressor done this way (installed by a shop) and noticed the tap in fuse when I was wiring in the Jackery. it’s interesting because the air compressor already has a manual switch, but I’m guessing it’s an extra safety to make sure you can’t turn on...
  13. Where to connect DC Alternator ACC cable?

This helped a ton thanks! I ended up connecting to a switch so I could have more control over when it’s charging
  14. Where to connect DC Alternator ACC cable?

Hi all, sorry for the newbie question, I’m trying to install a Jackery DC-DC alternator charger and the last thing I need to do is connect the ACC line. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0970/9262/files/Jackery_DC-DC_Charger_User_Manual.pdf?v=1760154687 Is this the same or similar to...
