That's the way of aftermarket... go OME for longevity.
Most aftermarket only focuses on strength with little real world testing with claims to be the best or indestructible. Problem is they don't know what they don't know. Often parts are noisy and wear out quickly regardless of use. Big...
Tents suck... Whether on the roof, on the ground, on a truck, on a boat, on a train or on a plane... It doesn't matter the shape, color or spread. You are in the dirt, mud, snow, sand being at one with all the bugs and crawling creatures with zero protection from larger creatures.

Ko3 just released a 35x11.5R17 in Load C with 3 ply sidewall. Rather perfect tire for a Bronco.
11.5 works great for nearly everything. Rock crawling narrower tires have better traction for climbing but more tendency to slide sideways off rocks. Everything is a trade off. But we've been...
2.3L is a joy to do maintenance and future repairs look easy. If you plan to do any work yourself it is absolutely the long term maintenance/repair winner. Just less parts and much easier to get around especially with the manual transmission. We love our 2dr 2.3L for that. Our Raptor is a...
BFG KO3 / KM3 39s look killer on the Raptor Bronco. Great compromise of weight, size and road manners. Plus BFG makes some of the highest quality tires.
Springs will not allow larger tires as it does not limit compression travel. You could body lift or extend the bump stops. Or possibly fiberglass for additional clearance.
Wider/larger tire will increase stress on steering system and axles.
Is it just for looks? Or performance?
Don't rebuild until they leak. Waste of money. And I'd seriously look to replace vs rebuild. A brand new rebuild shock may leak the next week. There are no guarantees.
Monstaliner it and move on with life if it bothers you.
Both of ours are fine. But I'm also not studying it under every lighting. I love the light weight and it does decent with temperature control. Not perfect. But don't get everyone posting over and over the same crap.
There are...
ARB is the highest quality, longest lasting and smallest for the output. Nothing comes close for durability and longevity. I've been using them in builds for nearly 20 years. They just work. And much easier to fit as they are compact.
My favorite setup is two single ARB compressors. That...
