I have seen multiple threads on the MIC tops cracking around the windows and in various places. I'm wondering if the production process is any better on the shadow black painted tops or if people are having trouble with those as well?

Yes thinking bolt the slide down to the top using low profile bolts so not to interfere with the slide out. But if the top is loose then that won't work. May have to just strap the fridge down to the tie downs and not have it slide out. I am just planning at this point, don't even have a...

Those with the slide out tailgate, could you mount a fridge slide to the top? Is the top secure while driving or just pops off? Trying to figure out how to use it with one of the seats folded down for sleeping and still have one side with a fridge slide.
