You will enjoy it, there are a couple of drops as you meander through Golden Spike that I'd suggest maybe doing something to protect your spare tire/tailgate, but overall it's still a great combination of trails. We've run it more times than I can remember and I don't think I ever recall having...
Yeah we ran the Trifecta on Wednesday... The waterfall near the end of Gold Bar has gotten very dug-out over the years and requires a level of throttle commitment we simply didn't have on this particular evening, so we all squared up to it, gave it 3 admittedly meager attempts, and then all...
Tons of variations of the same basic style of compressor mount, but from a bang-for-the buck perspective if you cannot fabricate one yourself it's nearly impossible to beat Barnes...

Another annoying thing...
I'll second that idea wholeheartedly... Our last "family" wheeling trip, to the Rubicon as it turns out, had us on the very ragged edge for water rations after 3 full days on the trail in very warm temps (early July) having suffered major mechanical damage that slowed our progress significantly...
Better not look at the instructions for mounting your winch then either... Secret: it's only held on with *gasp* four M10 (sometimes 3/8-16 for us old timers) bolts.
It's a shame... Pritchett used to just be good clean fun. But it's been beaten to death by both Mother Nature and simple over-use. I ran it years ago in an XJ on 33's and only had to winch on Axle Hill. And it was wetter than... well it was wet
Yep, and here is what the [insert your favorite aluminum fuel tank skid here] will look like when it gets used as intended:
As an added bonus, your fuel sending unit will be smashed into the top of the tank so it won't read properly, and if your lucky the fuel pickup will still work just...
