  1. Upgraded Bronco Raptor Bump Stops (3D Printed)!!

I have a lot of video underneath my bronco of both the front and rears hitting. Some from the outside too!
  2. Upgraded Bronco Raptor Bump Stops (3D Printed)!!

To be clear, I’m not the one selling these. I just tested them as a consumer. I am not printing them. And I am not asking for any money for them. These are valid questions thought and I did reach out to ask them though (and looked through their website). Here’s the answer: “Base material is...
  3. Upgraded Bronco Raptor Bump Stops (3D Printed)!!

They seem pretty appropriately priced for the market. Sumo springs are more expensive. The only other comparison on the market is the Foutz hydro bumps. What price would you expect them to be?
  4. Upgraded Bronco Raptor Bump Stops (3D Printed)!!

Sorry I’m late to this! I drove through mud and sand specifically to see if I could get the holes to clog. I also drove into a door-deep mud puddle and sat there for a minute to see if they would full up. I’ve had them for about 5 months now and have noticed zero degradation, fraying, or signs...
  5. Upgraded Bronco Raptor Bump Stops (3D Printed)!!

Just announced, new bump stops for the Bronco Raptor! I started testing these months ago and went through multiple iterations. Each time I went out to a large OHV area an harassed by Bronco to give feedback. The final product is amazing. The hard rubber stock bumps did next to nothing to...
  6. Hyperco Spring Test - How Much Weight Before Sag?

I think you misunderstand: With the 2"/2" I didn't have enough weight in the back. I have plenty of experience on jumps and whoops, and have raced in the Baja 1000 and San Felipe 250 in a Bronco. Being too light with the HD springs causes the front end to get forcibly pushed down when it gets...
  7. Hyperco Spring Test - How Much Weight Before Sag?

I decided to test how much weight I can put in the back of my Bronco Raptor before it starts to sag in the rear. Here is all the data before I get into the results. What are the Options? One of first mods a lot of Raptor owners get is a lift, for a lot of reasons. Whether its to give the OEM...
  8. 1 inch rear sag

If this existed that’s exactly what I would do! I actually tried this with the 2”/2” Hyperco springs initially, but the springs were so stiff that with only 170lbs it would buck like crazy on whoops/jumps and the bronco would literally nose dive. They recommended I get the 2”/1” which is why I...
  9. 1 inch rear sag

This is with the 1” of sag. Only items that remain in the back right now are the hard top, tire reinforcement, and the tire itself, which is 3/4” of sag. All the other weight is gone. I weighed every item and rounded up to the nearest pound.
  10. 1 inch rear sag

I could weigh down the front to level it forward. But I think it’s a spring issue at this point so that wouldn’t really solve the issue
  11. 1 inch rear sag

I have no cargo in the rear currently
  12. 1 inch rear sag

Not gonna lie I was actually considering this. Time for a V8!
  13. 1 inch rear sag

I like the thought process, mine was similar. The tire/wheel is 10lbs heavier, the hardtop is about 20lbs heavier. Even if I conservatively say 50lbs the springs shouldn’t sit a full 1” lower
  14. 1 inch rear sag

It comes with a 1” rake from the factory. This is meant to level the Bronco
