I have several thousand hours flying with a HUD, both in combat and in training, and several hundred scuba dives with a HUD. About 10k miles driving my wife's Lincoln with it's HUD. Can say that a HUD reduces operator workload regardless of speed. Science and experience aren't your thing. So...

Takes about 30min each to remove and replace. The video I used as my example is part of a series where they are doing a overall bigger project. Popping a few pieces of trim is all it took. The door sill piece comes completely off then the side panel just needs to be popped away in 3-4 spots...
