  1. Looking for 2025 trailer hitch module

Makes sense you can get one separately since the module is very clear about not dropping it! It is the most delicate part so Ford has to have a way to get replacements. But yes, the parts departments seem to be behind the curve on this kit. Maybe contact someone in Service?
  2. Looking for 2025 trailer hitch module

OK, I am with you now. Yes I bought the kit from Ford and the module was included with it. . Part # VS2DZ-15A416-C . So that module has to be available from Ford , via Lumen.
  3. Looking for 2025 trailer hitch module

Odd that I can't get this video pasted on this link. It is also posted on this site: https://www.youtube.com/@machmotorsport
  4. Looking for 2025 trailer hitch module

It is my understanding that the 2025 models are all pre wired. That was the case on my 25 Badlands that i just did an install on using this video: . You will still have to go to the dealer for a programming update.
  5. Gas mileage question

Do you note a significant increase in mileage with 91/93? Have you run your own comparisons or do you just run 91/93 by preference? I am used to the aerodynamic brick thing with my last serious 4x4 (Defender 110) so I know how t drive with that in mind. I do run 87 but only the good stuff...
  6. Motor Oil Shortages

Not showing too much impact currently in rural Idaho. Not sure where you are, but around here (McCall area) the shelves were mostly full at NAPA on Tuesday. I order my Motorcraft oil on line because no one carries it locally. The price has gone up but i just got 6 more quarts on Wednesday...
  7. Gas mileage question

Yesterday I did a 300 mile road trip in west central Idaho, including some city traffic in Boise. I dropped and gained about 3000 feet in elevation. Highway speed limits varied from 55 to 80. My 4 door 2.7 Badlands surprised me with 24.1 MPG combined. That is slightly better than my 2013 3.5...
  8. Question on Buying New 2025 Bronco with Higher Mileage

I bought my 2025 Badlands with 12K miles in March. Ford certified with full factory warranty for the remainder of the mileage. It appears to have been a special order vehicle judging by the options that came with it. Price was 15K under the MSRP from the original window sticker. Very happy so...
  9. AI Roast Your Bronco 🔥

Very good! Not quite at the Don Rickles level, but getting close.
  10. Two door LWB??

The Ford produced Defender, which had a lot of features adapted into the Bronco, also had it (110 inch WB) . I found it incredibly useful. Since it was also modular it could be turned into a pickup type vehicle quickly.
  11. How accurate does this describe you, Bronco Owners?

My 1978 Bronco was my dedicated off roader until i discovered the Land Rover Series3 and Defender vehicles. Ironically, Ford owned Land Rover at its Defender peak (2000-2008). Ford clearly learned a lot from the Defender and in my estimation surpassed it with the 6G Bronco. Which is why i...
  12. Is an electric Bronco in the works for the US market?

I have the automatic. I was forced to get it as a compromise because my wife doesn't drive a manual very well. My last several 4x4's (Ford Bronco Gen 2, F250 and Land Rover) were all manuals. I am a sworn manual guy. Bottom line; I actually like the automatic in the Bronco...very much...
  13. Is an electric Bronco in the works for the US market?

When you are off roading with an EV, always select those areas where there are Currant Bushes (Ribes Sp.) growing naturally ...:teehee: Sorry....
  14. Rusty Driveshaft buggin me

Rustoleum rust reformer works very well to combat the road salt here in Idaho. Cleans things up quickly:
  15. Does anyone carry emergency food & water for unplanned overnight situations?

Or anyone living in places like central Idaho where avalanches, blizzards and mud slides can close a highway for hours or days. Large trees also regularly fall across the highways in bad storms. I was a Boy Scout in a previous century , so i always try to be prepared....
