  1. Driving BLIND in heavy rain!

After reading what all-y’all wrote, I’m remembering the times I’ve been caught in a squall. Pulled over for 20 minutes into a parking lot until it cleared a bit. Any port in a storm, and all that. What?
  2. Clicking non stop from engine bay

    Termites. 🐜🦟
  3. Question about loose (floppy) window

Aren’t there a couple adjustment points in the door for the window in addition to the two along the bottom of the door? I can’t find the earlier post, or the screenshot I took, of the locations and shop instructions for window adjustments. Of course 😖
  4. How Often Are You Guys Actually Hitting the Trails?

Almost once a month but only where I need to use at least 4hi at some point. Otherwise, I don’t count it. I’m having a problem: often, after working my way up a trail that made me glad I had this Bronco, I’ll get to a parking area or hiking trailhead and parked there will be a few Subarus...
  5. What Made You Fall in Love With Off-Roading?

1987, taking my Jeep XJ to places that would’ve taken 8 hours to hike into. 🌵 Edit: and I didn’t have to leave a car at a trailhead overnight by having to hike in! 😃
  6. Glove Box Damper Replacement MY25+

First; thank you, thank you, and thank you again for leaving the "en" out of "damper" ! 🙏 I see this mistake too much. A damper dissipates kinetic energy from a mechanical system, usually in the form of heat. A dampener just gets things wet. Second; naw ... I can live without this glovebox...
  7. E load tires are way overkill

I’ve done nothing different along blocker stuff. ‘Could be the 9-year old computer I have? Clearing trackers with McAfee (it sux, btw) always shows at least 200 Megs of crap. Thanks to all for suggestions! I need to post photos of the new Jimny I want to import! 🤔😉
  8. E load tires are way overkill

Instead of dry chalk, I prefer testing with something a little more like one finds on the trail. Something wet. I would do a mud test. 🤦🏻‍♂️ sorry, I’m cranky because my desktop won’t open this forum lately — something about lack of memory (the computer’s, as well as mine). has the site...
  9. Where Does Your Phone Usually End Up in Your Bronco? 📱

My phone usually sits in a cup holder alongside my hoof pick.
  10. E load tires are way overkill

Now this thread has compelling topics and news I can use! 😃 Thanks to all here! Wait, are there any smart-ass ai tools out there? 🤔 real question for those who know: My 2003 TRD manual advised me to use 4WD every so often each month to keep the gears lubed. Does anyone know if these...
  11. E load tires are way overkill

WTF are we supposed to do with a thread intro post like this? Very fake. It makes me want to walk away from this forum for a while. (While my desktop computer is screwing up anyway,… 🤦🏻‍♂️).
  12. Positive battery posts too small, can't easily fit clamps on

Your last line about clamping to the negative post; I don’t think that’s a good idea. Clamp just beyond the monitor thing, on the bracket or where the negative cable connects to the Bronco body. try to keep these damned computers happy.
  13. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

I've done absolutely nothing Bronco-wise these past 5 days, nothing. it happens. and yes, that's a spider web under the raised hood... advice: never eat leftover pizza or cake from two birthday parties with lots of little kids. 'been sick for a week now.
  14. Recall 26S55: 2021-2026 Bronco - Engine Compartment Wiring Harness Repair [July 23, 2026] -- 590,000k units affected

Dang, I just used this image on another post, but this one is better....and more appropriate regarding my using info from members here to "fix" Bronco stuff getting torn apart... Another repair job to do! While I had my rear bumper off for trailer hitch install, I taped the heck out of all...
  15. New owner: Love it But

I've got a garage door opener option in my 2025 Badlands Mid-Package.... It is the removable type that can easily be slipped into a pocket or pack while out shopping or hiking. But mine still didn't come with the manual parking brake. sigh........
