Don’t worry, Filson issued a recall for that strap. No fix available though. No, they won’t tell you when the fix will be available, give it a year… or 2. Oh you need this bag for business? Don’t care. Oh you want to know why it’s taking so long to fix? Here, call this customer support center...

Well it says remedy available now there! That’s different than the last couple months where it said “pending” or something like that. Dealers are getting tired of my phone calls. I’m about to make a whole video about how long this has taken.

You and I both! My back is messed up with torn disks and arthritis so I already know I’ll be stiff each morning. To be fair, it’s only 3 nights of camping for the event though! And one day of relaxing at the springs!
