Ok verdict is in:
I ended up finding an awesome deal on the Pro Comp coilovers and picked those up. I’ll be adding the JKS kit like I had planned, adding a track bar relocation kit, and then also utilizing some UCAs from Oldhippie.
It will end up being a little more to spend now, but I figure...
Makes sense, I’m ok with minor mods, just want to avoid going to far down the rabbit hole

Did a couple projects this weekend. First, I installed the EZ 4x4 Extreme EZTrunk Security setup. Seems like a solid piece, very excited to roll no top and still have security. One note for anybody installing this, make sure to put the attachments in for the hydraulic arms before install...
here’s a really dumb question from a guy doing his first audio upgrade:
does the amp pull power via the PnP harness, or do I need to wire power to the amp?
other thing I’m noticing after my install, the parking sensors sound different, not sure if that clue helps anybody
my google searches...
So I ended up installing the amp in the rear, just finished wiring everything back there, and now I have no audio at all. I tried power cycling, still no luck.
obviously I’d like to fix this without having to undo all the work I just did. Anybody have experience with this?
