  1. Debating on 2.3 vs 2.7 engine?

Prior to owning a Bronco I had an 2017 2.3 Ecoboost Mustang which I quickly traded for a GT, and a 2018 F-150 Supercrew with the 2.7 Ecoboost. The Mustang was awful, the truck was fine. I test drove a 2.3 four door before ordering my first Bronco. I went with the 2.7 because it feels like a...
  2. It's Christmas Lights Time šŸŽ„ Show Yours!

Not much but it’s a start I guess.
  3. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

I’ll admit I didn’t think of the increase in rock chips after removing the side steps. I didn’t have any trouble with the 2021 with the smaller tires so it wasn’t on my mind. Now I have to decide if I want paint damage or ugly mud flaps.
  4. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

I also swapped the running boards for rock rails. It looks much better in my opinion.
  5. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

A few observations after driving our Heritage Edition over 600 miles this weekend: The hardtop and tires make this one much quieter than my 2021 soft top with Firestone M/T2’s The ride is much smoother and bump absorption is much better. The fuel economy was worse than the 2021 which I would...
  6. Why do Bronco owners drive so slow?

I took a road trip into Mexico this weekend and saw an indicated 99 mph on the speedo. I admit I was surprised it would go that fast.
  7. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

Mine arrived today. Ordered 3/27/2023. 2.7 w/ dual tops, towing, signature lighting, aux switches.
  8. Which Heritage Edition did you order?

4dr, Race Red, 2.7, dual tops, trailer tow, aux switches, sig lighting. Ordered 3/27, no build date.
  9. Warning: don’t let the wife talk you into a Bronco Sport

I think the issue here isn’t the vehicle it’s the current pricing structure. My wife has a 2021 Bronco Big Bend that had an original MSRP of $44k. Two of my adult daughters have 2021 Bronco Sports (BB for $32k and OB for $35k) and all three of these vehicles were priced accordingly at the time...
  10. Compensation for extended vehicle down time?

While I don’t have direct experience with Ford I did have a Jeep that was down for two months due to parts availability. I was financed through Chrysler Credit and they reimbursed me for the two payments I made while the vehicle was out of service. I have had co-workers opt for an extended...
  11. Which GOAT mode do you use most often?

During a recent snowstorm I believe I uncovered a ā€œsecretā€ G.O.A.T. mode because when I attempted to shift into mud/ruts mode to disable traction control the vehicle made a terrible noise and I lost 4WD. I called it ā€œfainting goatā€ mode. After waiting two days (!) for a tow truck the dealer told...
  12. Any Part of Bronco Aluminum??

Don’t forget the wheels unless you have a base or Black Diamond 😁
  13. Any Part of Bronco Aluminum??

    Upper Control Arm/Lower Control Arm
  14. Give a shout out to your dealership if they honored MSRP pricing

Caskinette Ford in Carthage, New York. Great deal, generous trade allowance, excellent communication. The only thing that can’t seem to do is get me the rock rails I ordered six months ago.
  15. My unified theory of build priority. (Please prove me wrong)

It is amazing that there are priority codes beyond ā€œstock orderā€ and ā€œsold orderā€ at all. Why would any manufacturer add complexity and confusion to the product ordering system? It really should as simple as ā€œis this vehicle already sold or is it for inventory?ā€ Maybe I’m just simple myself...
