Plug and Play Kits for a non B&O Bronco KIT 12 KICKER KEY 200.4 AMP WITH PAC LPA 1.2 SUB RCA CONVERTER WITH BUILT IN LOAD RESISTORS AND LED CLIP LIGHT FOR EASY ADJUSTMENT . Also including a Mabett Wireless charging pad for in the console. I traded Broncos and the new one has B&O so can't use...
I got it figured out thank you though. it is tight though. On mine I ended pulling the insulation type sheet off the inside of the plastic quarter panel and bending the bracket that goes on top center some to get it to push farther into the fender.
BRTD did you find the grille template that the directions mention. Also did you have any trouble getting your inside quarter panel back over the subwoofer. I looked everywhere and cannot find the template. I'm also having some trouble getting the panel back in. It almost seems like it should...
I'm going to pick up a soft top tomorrow from someone that got dual tops. I got a pretty good idea what I need to get from this thread and the seller agreed to send all the parts. Wanted to check though will the soft top fit inside my 4 door hard top. I've searched and only find it should but...
Yeah I had to redo the learning. I ended up making my factory dummy sub functional. So I enabled it in forscan and went back to having fader and relearned not sure why but this time I have fuller sig al to the back and its all working good.
Not an engineer but been around welding a long time. I would think plug welding would be better than welding all the way in this application. Welding around the tube could cause a weak point in the tube leading to a failure. I was always taught never weld across a structural beam, tube, ect...
I bought this in December for a 22 4 door soft top. It worked amazing all winter it kept the soft top quite and warm even in North Dakotas 30+ mph winds and -20F temps. Its really easy to install and the directions on Dirty Dogs 4x4 website are very helpful. Only really for selling is the...
I tried it again tonight. I had tried to flip the dip switches with it still mounted under the steering column. I don't think I got the dip switch flipped all the way because it works great now. I moved the fader on the dash 100% to the front and relearned the DSP. This is the way the radio...
I measured it today when I was doing some stuff. I measured to the shallowest part so that it would clear any size coil. I came up with 4 1/8. You could get about a 1/2 more trimming some fins inside but you give up some rigidty and I wouldn't want to do that with this box.
That definetly does not work. Im not sure why but with the fader off i get no signal to the back speakers. I tried rerunning the dsp learn and still nothing. Maybe somebody smarter can explain it.
BroncoNC the difference with the forscan changes is small.
I have a 23 with the base 7 speaker minus the sub setup. I have JL C2 4" in the dash with high pass filters. JL C2 6.5 in the kick panel and in the back in SSV pods. I have the kicker key 200.4 and harness from plug and play kits set up to add a rear sub eventually. I did the forscan changes...
If you happen to mesure it or if anyone else does I' appreciate it to.. Wondering if I could squeeze a JL 8w1v3 in instead of the kicker. It has a mounting depth of 3.86 which is not quite an inch bigger then the Kicker Comp RT
Ive had mine since they came out and put just over 2500 miles mostly highway miles on. I live in North Dakota so lots of wind and cold 30mph plus and -20f. So much quiter especially with side winds it almost seema like thebairspace between keeps the top from buffeting. Also it warms up really...
I'll double check the radio detect button that would be an easy fix.
It looks like the hz range changes depending on the speaker ohms. Orange PACs are 1200 hz at 4ohms and 800 hz at 8 ohms. Is 1200hz to high. Should I go to the yellow PAC bass blockers so I'm at 800 hz being i'm at 4 ohms.
Look for some information that I can't find specifically. I have the kicker key 200.4 with the plug and play kit. I got the kit ready to add a sub, crossing my fingers JL comes out with there stealth soon. I have JL Audio C2s in all 6 locations. I'm getting popping out of the dash speakers...
