I did the same thing but on March 7th they showed up on Amazon again so I bought it. Works like a charm. I remove the center roof panel and place it on top of the back cap and then lift off both pieces at once. I can also confirm that you don't need the half moon post.
My 2023 OBX with navy cloth seats came with gray accents. Back in 2021 when I ordered, the build and price showed blue accents which is what I thought I would be getting. I prefer the gray so it was a welcome surprise when I picked it up.
I'm getting this message every time I start the truck, what gives? I recently disabled some of the data sharing, so is this Ford's way of trying to get me to turn it back on?
2 people definitely makes it easier and prevents any scratching while taking it off. I did it by myself by wrapping a towel around the front and rear attachment points on one side, then pulling/sliding it off from the opposite side. I also have rack pads on the crossbars which did help with it...
Not sure what you mean by having to take the rack apart to remove, it comes off as the entire unit. Just took mine off yesterday for the first time. The front attachments are simple to undo whereas the back clamps can be a little finicky. The rubber gaskets that are between the rack and the...
How far away from the vehicle can the FOB be and still have this method work? For example, lets say a thief is stalking a shopping mall waiting for a potential victim. Would they be able to access the vehicle while you walk away?
Reviving this thread since I'm considering this lift. An Amazon reviewer says that you do not need the half moon posts for the Bronco. Is that true?
How's it working out for all that have one?
Any new vehicle launch is going to have issues, but they eventually work them out. I’ve had my ’23 for seven months now and have not had any problems (other than the info screen switching to carplay whenever it wants). I think the 4 dr Bronco is a great vehicle and a good compromise between a...
I was expecting blue accents on my 2023 OBX but got gray (gray/navy cloth seats). I haven't seen the blue accents in person, but from pictures, I think I prefer the gray because it is more subtle. Seat stitching is gray as well.
