I don't know that I have ever actually used that grab handle ever in any Bronco I have been in, so not an issue for me but I guess if you use it regularly then could be an issue.
I have the rough country ones and they are great, they tuck up out of the way when not in use and hide the ugly pinch welds similar to the Amp ones I got the rough country ones since they were half the cost of AMp at the time and figured would be easy to replace.

Not sure what you read previously, but I have used automotivetouchup.com for touch up and paint match paints for years for different projects from touch up pens to full color match panels and accessories. Always been a great match.
Personally I like the DV8 better the included skid plate fits to the new bumper much better than the way the stock skid plate meets up with the Fab Fours one
you have to remove the fender flare
first , then it just pops off pull the front off ( where it was covered by the fender flare) and follow it back, check out any video showing how to replace tail lights and they should show them being removed.
