  1. Finally, a decent mod option (grill guard) for the Capable Bumper

Nice, but looks like it really reduces the front approach angle.
  2. LOOOOOOOONG Time member finally pulls the trigger

I have a '25 in Eruption Green. I've also gotten compliments on the color.
  3. AGS Off-Road Still Around?

The site is still working today. I has my info and it sent me a login code.
  4. 2.7 not as responsive as a 2.3

All trims below Badlands have HOSS 1.0. Badlands and Sasquatch are 2.0.
  5. AGS Off-Road Still Around?

I put an order in on 9/19/25 and it shipped 10/1/25. I got that info by logging in and looking at my profile. Site is still up.
  6. Who got hit by a motorcycle?

I don't want no tobacco stains on my road. And in case you're wondering, I do in fact own the whole damn road.
  7. The best trim for a new buyer

35s on that M190 front end may lead to problems down the road. That's where the Badlands has the advantage - you can go up to 35s without overstressing the front axle, CVs, or steering.
  8. I can relate, the older I get. How about you 1980's babies?

Great advice and thanks for sharing. I've put on a lot of small mods, but almost none get into the realm of consequences because (so far!) I haven't messed with the tires, wheels, suspension, steering, or engine. Stuff like a rear storage compartment (to level the floor for sleeping in back)...
  9. Who got hit by a motorcycle?

Been driving in CA my whole life and it's no big deal. You should be paying attention and watching out for motorcycles at all times, anyway. If they can get to their destination before I do, then more power to them. It's their reward for taking a risk I'm not taking. Reckless riders excluded...
  10. First Trip with The Bronco - Mendocino National Forest

Congrats on your new Bronco! The Off-Rodeo will give you good training in using the different features of the Bronco. The Mendocino National Forest is probably the most obscure national forest in California. Despite its name, it's nowhere near the famous Mendocino coast. It has almost no paved...
  11. Help repeal the roadless rule in national forrest.

Back in those days, our mid-elevation ponderosa pine-mixed conifer forests in the Sierra were already badly overgrown with huge amounts of undergrowth, mainly saplings. Those were the days of 100% fire suppression, no exceptions. The forestry profession was solidly behind this policy and had...
  12. Help repeal the roadless rule in national forrest.

I've kinda been on both sides of the mobility situation. When I was young I did a lot of hiking and backpacking in wilderness areas. Now I'm an old fart and I haven't been in one of those areas in 15 years at least. Health conditions limit what I can do in any case. Both then and now I love...
  13. Help repeal the roadless rule in national forrest.

The roadless rule doesn't prevent OHV access per se, and doesn't prohibit use of existing trails in inventoried roadless areas. Repeal of the roadless rule won't have any immediate effect on access to trails. Whether a given area of federal land is open to OHV is a matter of other decisions...
  14. Armadillo Designs Aluminum Hardtop

I got mine at the end of 2025, and as of today the ceiling panels still aren't sagging in the least. The vehicle is normally in the garage and has a white top, so heat exposure is less than some other people are getting. We'll see how it holds up this summer on trips.
