  2. The death of the stick shift is almost here.

Took me a good two or three years to find mine.
  3. Filson Brand - Not a Good Start

Tumi, and same (brace yourself for price). It looks like they are making some of the hard sided luggage in China (I don't buy that stuff), but others are made in Vietnam or the DR. Reconnaissance Duffel | Tumi US
  4. The death of the stick shift is almost here.

HA! I have my summer daily driver, my winter daily driver (Bronco), and two weekend drivers - technically three, but I'm getting ready to let go of one. I'm definitely not an 'A to B only' type of driver.
  5. The death of the stick shift is almost here.

At the very least, it was either or - as in if someone got an auto used - you took what you got whether it was auto or manual. It was more about the other aspects of the vehicle, not whether it was auto or manual.
  6. The death of the stick shift is almost here.

Just got a low mileage 06 Wrangler LJ Rubi manual. I'll be keeping that one to satisfy wanting to drive a stick. I admit, I'm torn with broncos because the trims I want aren't offered with the MT. From a financial perspective, I get why that is - but it still sucks. Jeep is the same way. I'd...
  7. Filson Brand - Not a Good Start

I guess they were at least still better than Yugos or those weird Renaults back in the day. haha.
  8. Filson Brand - Not a Good Start

American made stuff can still be shitty sometimes. Just look at a lot of 80's autos. Hopefully this is a one off. Like you, I was considering getting a Filson bag to check it out. This makes me a little apprehensive. I usually stick to Tumi stuff - and other than a luggage tag, that stuff has...
  9. White/Red 60th Anniversary Bronco at Nemer Ford in Queensbury, NY

Gotta say I love the wheels on the 60th, but I'm holding out for a Filson at this point. Congrats! Very nice bronco indeed.
  10. 2026 vs 2027 Heritage

Not sure. Maybe someone else will know. I think some of have assumed that Ford will follow Jeep in that every so number of years, a fairly large facelift will happen. I was reading an article recently that alluded to the fact that Ford may not take that strategy and instead just make small...
  11. Bronco Filson Road Tour - All Cities List

All of the east coast mid atlantic dates are on Wednesdays. I might hop over to Chicago for it since it's on a Saturday there. I have a few questions I'd like to ask them in person and would like to see the interior up close.
  12. Filson is bringing me back to Ford

I had a Scout reservation in, but I think Ford got me back with this. I'm interested to see if they pair the FE color with something better matched than the green interior. Doesn't look awful, but not great either.
  13. Is it the glass... or the windshield angle?

4 years and 30,000 some miles - no problems. Windshield still pristine. No extra protection needed here.
  14. Ford Pass App - Bronco stuck in Tennessee

Modem was out in mine when I bought it used. It was the only thing that has given me trouble. I tried to add it to my name, but it kept messing up and saying I had to contact the prior owner or something like that. Dealer figured out the modem shat the bed. According to my dealer, it was a...
  15. 🚗 Bronco Owners: What Makes the Perfect Car Vacuum Cleaner? (Quick Survey)

Any vacuum with a tube extension will get things clean enough. The frustrating thing is getting into tight places like around the base of the seat frame/sliders. Even the flat attachments don't do a good job. When you start to put brushes on the ends of things to get things loosened from that...
