It does not. The mid range torque boost is what is most significant about it, especially for a manual. Still, it’s not a night and day difference, but it is noticeable. Ford claims 30 extra horses at the top end, but I’m not convinced it actually delivers that, not that that would be all that...
What you said was not nearly as rude as what your mother said to me last night in the back of my Bronco when she was {Admin: you’re just one more post from serious consequences Crenca, we mean it this time!}
Ducati can confirm but your SOL I believe using that particular ProCal for a tune. As it is, it is useful for its other functions (gauges, tire size/speedo adjustments, very limited DTC code reading, etc.).
Dealer techs often know less about ProCal then average consumers who read a post or two...
Just to be clear, I'm not concerned the labeling weakens the reinforcement, I simply don't want my Bronco to be an advertising board for a sundry of aftermarket parts suppliers.
The Hammer built certainly looks the about the sturdiest reinforcement I have seen.
Hammer Built is local to me and I have been to their shop (just for a quote so far). They came across as the kind of folks that would do a branding delete (the "hammer built" labeling cut into this reinforcement kit) if you asked them. That would be important to me...
All this is true, however these events and their fees allow a certain scale as well as amenities/events that would not be possible for "free". Now not everybody values that, but for those who do the very modest fees are well worth it.
It really is too bad, as the dealer/franchise model is so bad bad bad in so many ways for the consumer.
But one really has to wonder if Musk couldn't break and reform it, what made VW think they could?
I did it the hard way as well (jacking control arms trying to get right tension, back and forth back and forth, etc.)...If only I had simply unbolted the sway bar itself :whistle:
That’s cool! It’s priced reasonably, that branding looks like it easily comes off, and that drain plug design looks like it might actually fully drain unlike ARB and others… could be wrong about that hard to confirm from the pic.
