That’s pretty much what Ford said…the 3.0 will definitely be detuned a bit, but I suspect the hp will range from 370-385. That shouldn’t be too noticeable considering the Filson will weigh approximately 1,000 lbs less than the Braptor.

Recently a Ford “insider” said that’s exactly what Ford is doing - the options starting in ‘28 will be the 2.3 and the 3.0.

They’re projected to lose $5 billion between 22-23 on all this EV bs (not at all trying to be political). They seem to be going down the wrong road, especially considering the Bronco launch. I know that wasn’t entirely their fault but they didn’t do a good job pulling themselves outta that.

I’m a previous owner of two Raptors and was VERY interested in the Bronco Raptor. The dealership mentioned in this thread has several 22 Braptors sitting on their lot, none of them under $114K. I tried to get some wiggle room by explaining they have more units on their lot than are currently...

I moved to plan B in Aug - ordered a 21 Wrangler 392 10 weeks ago tomorrow. I should have it by the end of Nov 👍

I’m not at all trying to be jerk but this is the type of shit that led to me canceling my order in Aug and ordering a Jeep 392, which should be delivered by the end of Nov. I was a Ford convert too; currently driving my second Raptor. This is all very sad. Good luck to all of you.

I’m officially out… I ordered a Jeep 392 on Aug 19 and finally canceled my Bronco order. I’m currently driving a Raptor and it’s the second one I’ve owned. I felt like Ford was going to be my brand from here on out, but no more. Don’t get me wrong, I know Ford wishes they could crank these out...

I struggled with my color selection…didn’t think the options were that great. I almost went with Sarge Green but ended up choosing Sting-Gray. I’m not sure how that will look with the bronze accents. Snazzberry - you’re brave! I placed my order last Thursday and got my VIN yesterday.
